Does my home need a rewire?
Warning signs include flickering lights, an old fuse box, scorch marks and circuits that trip regularly.
How often should my electrics be checked?
As a general guide, owner-occupied homes should have an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) at least every 10 years, and rented homes at least every 5 years. We can carry out the inspection and talk you through the results.
